Crude local revenue calculations
Leveling down to the lowest Local Revenue Effort Rate () would yield a local levy of $ ( lower than the current combined levy) costing the new combined district $ /year to make up the difference. This represents of the first year incentive aid.
An equalized Local Revenue Effort Rate of $ would result in a local revenue equal to the combined local revenue.
